As daycare Executive Directors, we are responsible for the daily management of the center. It sounds simple enough, however, often, our plans change quickly and without notice. Not all daycares are similar in their mandates, vision, and mission statements. The roles and responsibilities may also differ from center to center and from one Executive Director to another.

While being mindful of everyone’s differences, the QAPPD remains steadfast in providing as much support as possible to its members. This “Administration & Management” section includes resources related to a myriad of tasks, that include but are not limited to the Board of Directors, Budgets, Human Resource Management, etc.
