Article 5 – Membership
To become a member of the Corporation, one must:
- Present a request for membership and undertakes to honor all other conditions of admission prescribed by the by-laws or by resolutions of the Board of Directors.
- Be accepted by the Board of Directors.
- Pay the membership fees and contributions for the current year.
