Providing timely, up-to-date, and affective professional development opportunities for our colleagues and staff members is a focal point of our organization. Part of our mandate is to provide support to our members in a variety of means including but not limited to workshops, annual retreats, pedagogical and administrative conferences. We cater to the needs of all our members, despite the level of experience they have and in doing so have successfully been able to assist all educators and Executive Directors from the most senior and hands-on administrators to the latest ECE graduates and newly hired Directors.
